For the past several
years, school shootings
have become of increased
awareness for students,
faculty and parents alike
across the nation, and
most recently, across the
world. But how do these
heinous acts come into
being? And how can they
be stopped? What is wrong
that we just can't see?

Within these next few pages, we will delve into the causes of such acts,
and in the end, see the terrifying effects of these said actions. Some of
these causes are in plain sight, although we are blind to them until it
becomes a gripping reality that there is something wrong in our schools
today.
